We operate as a private non-profit association under Spanish Cannabis Social Club law. We are not a commercial cannabis retailer or point of sale.
We collaborate with European medical organisations promoting safe and responsible cannabis use. Free informational consultations on medicinal cannabis are available to all members.
The club president has over 15 years of experience in medicinal cannabis advocacy and responsible legalisation efforts.
Purpose: Access control, security and incident prevention. Footage is never used for staff supervision or commercial purposes.
Camera locations:
Protected areas: Bathrooms and private spaces are never recorded.
Retention: Footage is kept for a maximum of 30 days unless legally required otherwise.
Access: Footage is not shared with third parties except law enforcement or courts upon legal requirement.
